Circuit interval training involving interval style military combat moves taken from tai-chi and intensive physical exercises. The moves make for a highly effective routine that will absolutely improve your physical condition, both cardio and muscle tone.

A dance-based cardio class that introduces you to general cardio movement while expanding your aerobic and dance vocabulary. The use of moves such as v-step, mambo, pivot and pivot step will push the dancer inside to shine!

This class uses props like weights and gliders to get the heart rate up. They also make for more exciting Pilates moves that help with strength, stabilisation and blasting those abs. Appropriate shoes must be worn for this class.

Cardio Rhythms is a fusion of Latin and international music & dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective workout! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. | Dancer's Core Workout |
Ever seen dancers’ strong, lean muscles and astounding flexibility, agility and grace? All that comes from years of gruelling training and thorough understanding of how your body works. This class is designed to make you more flexible through movement, and increase your core training by adding agility to your range of movement. The class is choreographed to music, hitting all major parts of your body. Great for unwinding at the end of the day or as a warm-up for the day ahead, you will feel a sense of freedom and strength when you know what your body is capable off.

| Dheesan 2 |
“Dheesan” in Sanskrit means to be granted with intelligence.
This intense practice is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance and most importantly, intelligence. The focus of this class is not the postures but the steps towards them. A flow of sub-basic postures will take you to some exhilarating advanced postures, including intensive twists, backbends and inversions. Directed to think for each pose, you will progress to find your own way to the postures, from basic alignment to refinement.
A series of deep stretching exercises will open up your major joints and release accumulated tension in muscles and emotional blockage. The dynamic nature of this class will also elevate your mood and refresh your mind. This class challenges students to stretch their limit and remove fear.

| GROUP X INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP |
The Group X Introduction workshop is comprised of three Group X sampler classes for cardio, strength and mind/body training. It's the ideal chance for you to get a taste of our most popular and very diverse Group X programmes. Orientation features an introduction to various classes such as Body Pump (strength), Body Combat (cardio) and Yoga (mind/body). Our instructors will lead discussion on proper equipment set-up, technique and the benefits of exercise, plus demonstrations and trial sessions will be incorporated as part of this interactive workshop.

| Latino Jam |
A class consisting of short introductions to the basics of many latin dances including salsa, cha cha cha, rumba, merengue, lambada, samba, bachata. The pace is continous to keep the heart pumping and give you an all over body workout while at the same time enjoy the rhythms of hot latin music.

| Maculęlę |
A folkloric warrior dance that originates from Northeast Brazil. Historically, machetes were the accessories of choice but for obvious safety reasons, wood sticks are used in modern-day maculęlę. Movements in this dance mimic dynamic combat as participants strike their own and each other's sticks together. Great fun for everyone and an awesome way to work up a sweat.

You may not be able to pronounce MERENGUISIMO HI-LO, but we're sure you'll get right into the moves. It's "an easy systematic methodology" that creates new dynamism in pairs, trios and groups.
