to tell us what you thought. Marvin wasn't the only one to sweat. A group of excitable bodies were ready to glisten with the thumping tunes and powerhouse choreography of Cardio Moves. In this last class of his month-long stay at Pure, it was no-holds-barred Marvin all the way. As he demo-ed the moves with technical precision and shouted out encouragement above the pounding music, everyone was on a high. The 45-minute session was punctuated with sporadic cries of delight, enthusiastic "wooooo hooooos", and irrepressible laughter - especially when Marvin egged on the class to "use your hips and get SEXYYYYYYYYY!" At the end, it was a mix of high-charged energy and sadness that filled the room. But judging from the hugs, exchange of emails and picture-taking...this is probably just farewell for now. |
