Joanne

Joanne
Born in Manila in 1982, Joanne already had an interest in sports at an early age. From 1996-1999, she was a participant in the National Capital Region (NCR) meet.

Yet she holds many interests aside from those in the fitness industry. In 1997, Joanne was certified as "Best in Food Trades Technology" in all-girls trade courses.
She has also been active in theatre workshops since 2002 - participating in the "Dulaan-Ka" acting workshop, being a member of "Teatro Rizalia" and performing in a musical organised by 'Trumphets" during her college days.

From 2007-09, Joanne worked as a Customer Care Representative at Pure. Her hard work was recognised when she received an employee award in July 2009. After attending the in-house kick-boxing staff training, she diverted her career into the area of Personal Training and subsequently obtained her N.A.S.M. Now a certified Personal Trainer, Joanne is looking forward to helping clients achieve their goals to stay fit and healthy.

Think About

Eat a balanced diet
Fuel your body with a balanced diet - eat some protein, a healthy carb, and a small amount of fat.

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
