Born in Thailand, Jimmy began weight training when he moved to Hong Kong in 1995. With 10 years of competitive experience in body-building contests throughout South East Asia and Hong Kong, he has gained tremendous insight into this sport. With various other qualifications in fitness training, he is very adept at helping clients to reach their goals, whether it's toning or building muscles.

To the uninitiated, keeping in shape is something of a mystery. But the truth is far simpler - commitment. Unfortunately there is no magic pill or quick and easy way to being fit and healthy. It requires long-term effort and there's no mystery in that.
