Ed has been a personal trainer since 2005 and has years of weight training experience. His approach is versatile and he often incorporates his knowledge of martial arts. Ed relishes the challenge of creating the perfect fitness programme - by working through a varied set of exercise routines to create the ultimate circuit training tailored to his clients' needs.
