Born in Hong Kong and educated in Canada for 8 years, Elaine is active in a variety of sports including basketball, in-line skating, snowboarding and wakeboarding.

Following a career in engineering, Elaine decided to turn her hobby into a job and pursue a career in the fitness industry -- she has never looked back since. Now an international qualified personal trainer and qualified Kettlebell instructor, Elaine's specialty is keeping her students motivated with positive results, and FUN and effective training! She is fully committed to and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
