After graduating form the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Food and Nutritional Sciences Jessica has studied numerous additional courses during her 7 year Personal Training career. Jessica is certified with numerous international fitness organizations, has a real passion for helping people improve their health through fitness.
