Adam
Adam grew up in the great outdoors of South Australia where he developed a passion for all things physical and healthy. He went on to become an instructor in weight training, surfing, swimming, surf lifesaving and rock climbing, as well as being a corporate trainer, before focusing on becoming a personal trainer.
He's now a leading personal trainer and one of only two people in Asia to be a National Academy of Sports Medicine Educator. Having worked in the fitness industry for the past decade and a half, Adam brings a multi-disciplinary approach to his training, incorporating postural correction, Pilates, stability ball, weight training, bosu, myofascial release and a variety of sports-specific modalities.

Adam lectures the NASM Certified Personal Trainer course, NASM Weight Management Course, and is currently studying both the NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist courses. He also teaches part-time for the Australian Graduate School of Health and Sport Science programmes, through which Adam has recently completed a Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise certificate. His commitment to and passion for the industry has earned him a reputation as one of the most thorough trainers in Hong Kong.
