Meech
|
Meech is one of Pure Fitness' most dynamic instructors. She has a commanding presence on stage having taught in many different countries throughout her 15 years of instructing experience. Originally from New Zealand, Meech's passion for group fitness was first ignited at Les Mills in Auckland. Since then, she has taught in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, and now resides in Hong Kong.
Meech's background in competitive gymnastics and classical piano combined with her infectious personality result in fun and challenging workouts.
Outside the gym, Meech has had a highly successful career in the electronics industry, having been the CEO for Philips New Zealand Ltd. She now dedicates much of her time to charity work, being involved in grass root programmes for children in the local community and volunteering for Animal Welfare organisations.
