Zen

Zen
Zen grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where he discovered Capoeira at the age of 21. He is a Graduated Instructor and direct disciple of the world renowned Mestre Barrão, the founder and president of Grupo Axé Capoeira.

Zen became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in the US to further his knowledge and better his qualifications as a Capoeira teacher.

Now Zen teaches regular Capoeira classes and has built a loyal following of students since joining the company in 2005.
