Jun was a former Soloist of Ballet Philippines & The Hong Kong Ballet Co., respectively. He has been a professional dancer for 20 years.
In 1992, he took up pilates as a form of rehabilitation for an injury and has applied its principles in dancing eversince. In 1999, upon retiring from the Ballet Co., he further studied & taught pilates all over HK & did the Pilates Mat Certification Course in San Francisco, California in 2001. The following year, he did another Pilates Comprehensive Matwork Course with STOTT Pilates in London.
Jun also runs an Events company, STEPS AHEAD, alongside partner Fiona Brockway in which they both choreograph, dance, produce & stage manage for all kinds of events, shows & functions. |
