Dora

Dora
Dora taught her first free-style aerobics class on a public football field at the age of 13. Four years later she became a Personal Trainer at a local gym in Toronto, Canada where she was also assistant manager of a Sports Nutrition shop.

In 2001, she began her career as a Les Mills™ Instructor and subsequently became certified in SCHWINN & Polar Own-ZONE Cycling, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga, STOTT Pilates, B.O.S.U., A.O.K. Stability Ball, N.A.S.M. CPT - Personal Trainer, Rock Climbing & Manual Therapy of A.I.S. technique.

Her passion for Schwinn cycling and music led her to work with one of the best DJ's in Hong Kong (DJ Anil), and together they gave birth to DJ Spin - the greatest indoor group cycling programme in Asia.

In addition to her enthusiasm for fitness, yoga has a tremendous influence on Dora's personal and professional life. This has led to a uniquely compassionate teaching style where she coaches her students to work in determination without obsession. Her ultimate joy is to help people discover their passions and guide them to live a balanced life of work, rest and play.
