Martin (aka the blonde Swedish Viking) has spent his entire life playing all kinds of sports: football, badminton, table tennis, golf, volleyball, squash - as long as he can chase a ball, he'll be fine! But besides his passion for ball sports, he also teaches Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM, Pilates, Bosu, Circuit and is a Certified Personal Trainer (FISAF)
In 2002, Martin thought he would start his journey around the world working as an instructor for four months at each selected destination. He started with Hong Kong and says - he is still on his journey for he hasn't come any further and that was four years ago. He LOVES Hong Kong! His mission is to help people strive towards a better, healthier life while having fun at the same time. |
