Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Evelyn has had an interesting and colourful career. Although fitness has always been part of her life, she has also found time to pursue other interests. First it was a music education as a piano teacher, then she took to the skies as a flight attendant, before finally returning to her true passion - fitness. In 2002, she started as a personal trainer when she was introduced to the Les Mills group fitness programmes.
Evelyn's passion and energy has strengthened over time. Her classes are reputable for the high-oomph factor and dynamism, which reflect her cheerful persona. Over the years, her distinctive teaching style and down-to-earth personality have touched many people, inspiring them towards a better, healthier lifestyle through fitness.
