Brad was born in Hamilton, New Zealand. He has been passionate about fitness and movement since participating in aerobics and dance competitions in secondary school. Having gained national titles, it seemed a natural progression to turn this favourite pastime into a career. "I get the most enjoyment from sharing excitement and hard work with the members in my classes. I always say you should never take yourself too seriously, but take your workout seriously."

• Junior Competitive Aerobics champion.
• Junior Competitive Aerobics Choreographer and Coach.
• Les Mills Certified Instructor.
