Andrea R
|
Andrea has been involved in gymnastics and ballet since she was 7. Sports have always part of her lifestyle, and in high school she was always involved in fitness competitions.
Her passion to train others and teach classes began in high school when her classmates started asking her to train them and get them in shape. She ended up loving it, loving working with people and teaching.
As the fitness pro for a very high-end resort in Costa Rica, she had the opportunity to train some celebrities, then worked for television and fitness magazines such as Women's Health Central America, as a fitness counsellor.

Think About
Keep on the go
Try walking as an alternative to taking a car or bus. Walking is not only good for the environment, it's good for your health too.
Avoid processed sugars
Try to avoid 'white' sugars, which include table sugar, bread, pasta and rice, as these do not contain any valuable nutrients.
