A.O. Chu
|
An experienced boxer and the youngest boxing trainer of all time, A.O. took up the sport because of its challenge to one's mental and physical self.
Each time he's in the ring, he thrives on the unique experience of "being on my own" with no one else to count on but himself.
A.O. feels that working out is important, whether it's for building muscle, burning calories or strengthening the cardio.
