Michael has over 20 years' experience in teaching and club management in the UK and Hong Kong. He has been involved with the successful Asia launch of Power-Plate and worked as Group Fitness Co-ordinator for Philip Wain International; Studio Manager for Esporta Health & Fitness, London; and 'cut his teeth' (gained early experience) as Asst Co-ordinator at Move It, Central London's most successful independent fitness & dance studio.
In a previous life, Michael also spent many years with the Architects Registration Board in the UK before pursuing his vocation in the fitness industry.
