Raul graduated in Tourist Business Administration in his native city of Cuernavaca Morelos, Mexico, with a primary focus on different areas of the hotel industry. He also graduated in Dramatic Art from the Andrés Soler Institute, which is part of the National Association of Actors (ANDA) in Mexico City. Raul then developed his talent as an actor in films, soap operas and drama (theatre).
At age 11, he began his sport career by joining a variety of school teams to increase his passion and eventually decided to pursue different disciplines over the years - Olympic gymnastics, kung fu, aerobics, yoga and outdoor cycling. He also included ballet, contemporary dance, folklore Mexican regional and classic Spanish (Flamenco) into his repertoire.
With 18 years of experience in both the practical and administrative aspects of the fitness industry, Raul has held a wide scope of positions such as Fitness Manager; within areas of Human Resources, Conferences, Conventions, Logistics, and Payrolls Elaborating; and Trade Show Coordinator & Master Training for the Cycling Federation of Mexican Fisicoconstructivismo and Fitness (FMFCF). Raul's experience as a fitness trainer and national speaker (exhibitor) spans throughout his home country of Mexico and beyond - in Germany and Holland - teaching different types of group classes in aerobics H/L, step, cycling, lift training, Body Sculpt, stretching, flexible strength, Final Cut, BOSU, Aqua Fitness, Pilates Mat work and Pilates Reformer.
