Hailing from the UK and arriving in Hong Kong and Asia 12 years ago, Geoff now sees himself as a global citizen. Since playing competitive tennis at a young age, Geoff has always had health and fitness in his blood. He has taught group cycling classes in Hong Kong and Singapore for the past 8 years and brings high intensity, focus and energy to his classes.

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
