Alfred
|
Often referred to as "The trainer, trainers go to", Alfred is a lifelong athlete and dancer who was born and raised in New York City. He received his formal dance training from the world renowned Broadway Dance Center and credits the great teachers and mentors not only for helping him develop his craft, but more so for providing the model of what it is to truly teach. Law school graduate and accomplished NCAA Division I athlete and dancer, Alfred has been a professional in the fitness and dance industry for over 15 years, and continues to teach and perform all over the world. Alfred has been a personal trainer for NBA and NFL professional cheerleaders, NCAA Division I Athletes and corporate executives. He has also choreographed for professional dance companies, university dance teams and champion body builders. Through his travels and acquired years of experience, he has become a presenter and keynote speaker for many academic, corporate and fitness and dance organisations. Alfred has trained and sparred with Golden Glove Champions and Professional boxers in the U.S. and plans to continue competing here in the Hong Kong amateur boxing tournament for the upcoming year. With a passion for teaching, challenging and motivating, Alfred is sure to translate this energy to Pure and all its clients.
At Pure, he teaches USA Boxing and NYC Hip Hop.

There are so many different types of classes available these days, why not try something new such as Bodyjam, Capoeira or Martial Arts.
Remember to warm up and cool down
Warming up and cooling down is important, they help increase flexibility and also decrease next day soreness.
