Luis
|
Born in Argentina, Luis' first fitness training took him to Miami, Florida where he pursued aerobics instruction from 1993-95. This became the impetus for his further training to teach Latin Rhythms, Pilates, and martial arts - in which he has a Karate-Do Shotokan Style Black Belt. Before coming to Hong Kong, Luis was already globe-trotting with his career that took him to the USA, Europe, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Singapore and Thailand. Passionate about everything related to fitness and physical education, Luis has judged various Aerobics and Group Rhythms Exhibitions, created videos & DVDs about Latin Tango and Latin Salsa, and is a DJ using his own music in classes. He's all about pumping up the energy every time he teaches - so much so that he's earned himself the nickname "Rocket Instructor" amongst students in Argentina!

Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.
