Beth is originally from London and has been teaching aerobics for over 10 years. She was born into a sports-orientated family and it has always featured as an important part of her life. She has played National level lacrosse and competes in long distance running, including several sub 3.30 hour marathons. Beth finished the Marathon Des Sables - a six-day endurance race across the Sahara desert - as one of the top women ultra-runner finalists.
Beth maintains a work-life balance by combining teaching with her full-time role as a lawyer in an investment bank.
"I teach because it combines the things I love most in life - people and fitness. There is nothing that can make you feel as fantastic as having a great workout with like-minded people. I love seeing someone walk out of a class with a big smile because they have really achieved something - no matter what their level is. I have taught and belonged to gyms most of my adult life but never one as friendly or as supportive as Pure - it is like one big family and I love being part of it."
