Adrian

Adrian
Adrian's passion for an active lifestyle is hard to miss. He can be found in and out of the gym buzzing around talking about anything from spinning to kick-boxing to exotic training regimens that he creates himself. He grew up in Toronto, Canada and studied for a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in Human Kinetics at the University of Waterloo, one of the most reputable universities in Canada that offers this programme. Having been a competitive swimmer and then a national level triathlete since the age of 13, he has placed on winners' podiums beside the best in his sport. His competitive fire still burns strong and is reflected through his commitment to bringing out the full potential of everyone that he trains.

Currently working as an investment banker, Adrian has mastered the art of multi-tasking to pursue his love for fitness. He subscribes to science journals to keep up-to-date on the latest discoveries in the industry, and unique and exciting ways to challenge the human body.

Adrian is now training to become a Muay Thai kick-boxer while trying his best to spread the 'health bug' to as many people as he can reach.
