A native of Costa Rica, Christopher enjoyed outdoor activities from an early age. His all-time favourite sport remains cycling, especially mountain biking, which he practises whenever he has the chance to head home.

From 2006-2008, he worked at one of the most famous fitness centres in Latin America before coming to Hong Kong. Once here, he started as a spinning instructor and personal trainer but has now moved exclusively to personal training, focusing on rehab and specific sport training.

He has enjoyed discovering the Asia region by bike and has developed a keen interest in triathlon events. If you're an early riser, you may bump into him riding the road to Shek O before the heavy traffic sets in!
