Annette
|
Annette moved from the United Kingdom to Hong Kong in 1997. Her career went from law, to teaching, then finally into the fitness industry in 2003.
She currently instructs BodyPump, Cycling, Fitball, and Hatha yoga, mainly focusing on technique and commitment to improvement. Annette also holds a black belt in karate, has completed a marathon, and takes part in Hong Kong's annual dragon boat races.
