Megan

Megan
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Megan has been working in the fitness industry for five years. Originally a graphic designer, she began teaching Body Combat classes to balance out her day job. Having discovered a love for teaching and the energy of Group Exercise, Megan went on to become a certified Body Pump, Schwinn Cycling and Swiss Ball teacher.

Travelling to New Zealand and Australia to study Personal Training, Megan unearthed an enthusiasm for outdoor training as well - learning to surf and getting involved in surfboat rowing, lifesaving and beach safety.

Megan recently returned to Hong Kong for the energy and opportunities of the city she calls home, and is looking forward to seeing you in her classes!

• Group Exercise Instructor (Pump, Combat, Schwinn Cycling, Swiss Ball, BOSU)

Think About

Get prepared
Prepare your gym bag the night before so you are all set to go.

Avoid processed sugars
Try to avoid 'white' sugars, which include table sugar, bread, pasta and rice, as these do not contain any valuable nutrients.
