Born in HK and raised in Belgium, Jenny was exposed to lots of sports and athletics at a young age. She learned kung fu from her dad and did kickboxing with her big brother. Her road to a fitness career kicked off at the age of 16 as a swimming instructor, then continued as a personal trainer when she was 17.

Think About

Don't eat late at night
Try not to eat too much at night as you'll wear the calories the next morning. Instead, have a healthy dinner in the evening.

Keep on the go
Try walking as an alternative to taking a car or bus. Walking is not only good for the environment, it's good for your health too.
