Doug is a cycling specialist and has been teaching for over 4 years. Before coming to Hong Kong, Doug was a national level athlete in Canada. At Pure, he incorporates advanced training techniques into his cycling classes and draws on his experience training with top coaches. What this means is that Doug designs his classes so that you'll get results efficiently and safely while having fun.

Doug leads a busy career in finance and knows first-hand how a daily hit of exercise-induced endorphins gives you the power to make better decisions, helps you be at peace with yourself, and offsets stress.
