Laurence has been teaching boxing and cycling class for 20 years and 8 years respectively. He is a qualified SpinCycling Instructor and combines Endurance, Power and Speed (EPS) in his cycling class. To date, he has held boxing and cycling seminars in various Hong Kong fitness clubs and has taught western boxing on professional, amateur and recreational levels. He is also a firm believer in metaphysical training (mind & body connection) in sports.
