| Ken is an internationally qualified group fitness instructor who has taught at prestigious fitness clubs in New York, Los Angeles, Taipei and Hong Kong over the last seven years. Hailing originally from the U.K., he now considers himself "international" with such global experience under his belt and teaches a variety of fitness programmes including Bodypump, Bodycombat, Bodybalance, Bootcamp and Spin cycling (Schwinn qualified). As a competitive triathlete, Ken brings a high-power workout infused with fun and humour to his cycling classes. He holds an MBA from the University of London and enjoys sharing his passion for fitness, fun and life at every opportunity. |
