Originally from Berlize, Loretta studied at Florida International University in Miami and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing.
While she was studying, she taught cycle classes part-time at various fitness centres in Miami and is a qualified Reebok cycling and RPM instructor. During high school, she was a cheerleader for 4 years and her team were National Champions in 1997.
Her dynamic personality and energy shines through in her teaching, and Loretta is also fluent in Cantonese, Spanish and English. After moving to Hong Kong in 2005, Loretta worked in an office full-time but decided to pursue her passion for teaching and sports by educating herself in various programmes. Soon we will be seeing her not only in the cycling studio!
