Zoe

Born in the former Yugoslavia, Zoe has worked in the fitness industry for almost 29 years. She coached and trained shotokan karate participants of the home club and auxiliary sections of the club in neighboring counties. Her training and conditioning extended to members of the city's other clubs: karate, football, netball, handball, archery, swimming and basketball.
Having pioneered female body-building in her native land, Zoe was President of the Body-Building Association for South-East Serbia and competed in women's body-building contests. Besides all the hands-on experience, Zoe broadened her knowledge by attending seminars that address methodologies of training in various group sports, martial arts and weight resistance training.
Zoe lived and worked in London for a while before moving to Hong Kong. She honed her local experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and gym manager in leading fitness centres and the Hong Kong Jockey Club clubhouse. Zoe's future aspiration is to be an international presenter and fitness adviser - but she's determined to educate and enable her clients to lead healthier, happier lives no matter what specific role she is playing at any given time.
