WHAT'S THE CORE?
The area around your trunk and pelvis - where your centre of gravity is and the cornerstone of your every movement.

WHAT'S SO SPECIAL
Instability! The potential 'wobbliness' of using the Bosu Ball surface makes every muscle movement that much more challenging. And that much more fun! This is a new, funky way of core training that no other programme offers - and works your muscles like never before.

WHAT'S TO GAIN
Progress and results. The 5 sessions are a journey of skill enhancement and advancement. By the end of it, you'll be standing on top of the Bosu with one foot supporting your entire body - wobble-free!

WHAT'S IN IT LONG-TERM
Never slouch again! You'll become acutely aware of your posture, and be able to apply everything in these sessions to every other exercise or activity that you do.

When: 21 August - 18 September, every Saturday, 8.45am - 9.45am

About Mike McSweeney
With over 25 years of fitness experience as an athlete, instructor, trainers, presenter, choreographer, programme developer and consultant, Mike is an industry innovator. He is also the former BODYPUMP/RPM Programme Director for Les Mills International. While in this role, Mike was responsible for motivating an estimated 90,000 fitness instructors in over 10,000 clubs globally.

He has been an inspirational role model for Les Mills instructors everywhere, injecting huge passion and commitment into master class presentations that have earned him star status in group fitness workshops and conventions throughout the world.

Mike is also a winner of Whangarei - the top of North Island Triathlon, a Coast-to-Coast competitor, triple winner of extreme sports team competition in the "Clash of the Codes" TV programme, and AK Duathlon Mountain Biking (cycling run + cycling) competitor.
