Step-by-Step to Dance Fitness

In the mood for mambo? Anytime, anywhere - just follow Fabio's moves and satisfy your wildest whims!

Step One = Mambo Cha Cha Cha

  • One foot step forward, then step back

  • Other foot step backward, then forward to start

  • Do a quick cha cha cha in place


Step Two = Twist 'n turn

  • One foot step out, other leg kick forward

  • Step back and with arms overhead, twist hips to one side and the other



Step Three = Side-swing

  • Extend leg in swinging motion to one side, then the other, and one more time like a pendulum - 3 times in one set



Step Four = Latin Guitar

  • Arms and hands in a 'strumming' motion like you're playing the guitar, while one leg does 2 quick forward kicks

  • Bring leg back and end with a cha cha cha in place
